Arand Lenjan Steel’s Advanced Production Line – unique in Iran and the Middle East
In response to the growing need of the country’s industries for high-quality pre-painted sheets, the Zarrin Foolad Shahriari Group has established one of its most modern industrial units, Arand Lenjan Steel. Located in the Lenjan Steel Industrial Estate, this well-equipped plant, with an annual production capacity of more than 150,000 tonnes, is recognized as one of the main hubs for producing coated materials in Iran and the region.
What sets this production line apart is its continuous production technology, running at an impressive 150 meters per minute, and intelligent control systems in the coating process. This powerful infrastructure provides exceptional flexibility for customizing products, so that sheet production is managed and executed precisely to each customer’s needs – in various dimensions, coil widths, paint formulations, conversion coating types and base metals – to the highest industrial standards.

Start of the production process

Cleaning and surface preparation
Removing surface contaminants and creating a suitable base for coating

Chemical pretreatment

Primer application and initial curing
