Current StatusPlease note that due to the country’s current conditions, Arand Lenjan Steel recruitment interviews have been postponed. Candidates are kindly asked to be patient and wait to be contacted by the Human Resources department.
In cooperation with Islamic Azad University, Arand Lenjan Steel Company intends to recruit the staff it needs in various job categories from qualified candidates through a written exam, specialist interviews and occupational health assessments.

About Us
About the Complex Arand Lenjan Steel
Producing pre-painted steel sheets using the world’s latest technologies is the mission Arand Lenjan Steel Complex was established to fulfill. This production unit, one of the strategic subsidiaries of Zarrin Foolad Shahriari Holding, began operating in Isfahan Province in 2020. By combining the art of design with industrial skill, we aim not only to meet domestic market demand and reduce dependence on imports but, with capacity to employ 600 specialists, we believe that real development of the steel industry comes through empowering local talent. To complete our specialist team and begin operational steps, the first phase of the company’s recruitment was launched in winter 2026.

Is registration for this exam online?
Yes, registration is only possible through the announced website. Candidates must visit the announced address between January 18 and January 22, 2026.
How much is the registration fee and is it refundable?
4,000,000 rials
Note: this fee is non-refundable.
What are the local residency requirements?
A candidate is considered local if they meet at least one of the following conditions:
Place of birth certificate issue: Lenjan
Place where diploma was obtained: Lenjan
Place of residence for the past 2 years: Lenjan
Special advantage: the written exam score of local candidates is increased by 10%.
Is there an advantage for children of company employees?
Yes, children of employees of Zarrin Foolad Shahriari and Arand Lenjan Steel receive a 10% increase in their exam score.
What are the selection stages?
1. Online registration 2. Written exam 3. Skills test and technical interview 4. Occupational health examinations 5. File creation and screening (document verification, drug test, criminal record check, etc.) 6. Starting work.
Does the company provide dormitories or housing?
No, the company does not provide dormitories or residential housing and has no accommodation obligations.
What are the resources for the written exam?
General subjects (40%): computer literacy, people and the environment, social identity, Islamic studies, fire and fire control, disaster awareness, first aid, intelligence and mental aptitude
Specialist subjects (60%): vary by education level and field of study. Details are in tables 13 and 14 of the guide.
Can I change my job category after registration?
No, once a job category is chosen during registration, no changes are allowed (even during employment).
What documents are required for registration?
Completing the online form
A valid educational certificate or provisional certificate
A 3×4 photo
Military service completion card or permanent exemption (for men)
Payment of the registration fee
When will the written exam results be announced?
Preliminary written exam results will be announced on the registration website in the last week of Bahman 1404 (mid-February 2026).
What happens if it turns out during the process that incorrect information was provided?
If false information is discovered at any stage, the hiring will be cancelled and the contract voided.
When will the written exam be held?
On Friday, February 6, 2026, at the venue printed on the admission card.

Can holders of technical-vocational and Kar-Danesh diplomas take the exam?
Yes, holders of technical-vocational and Kar-Danesh diplomas can register if their field matches the company’s needs. Details of eligible fields are in tables 13 and 14 of the guide.
What is the format of the written exam? (question types, negative marking, etc.)
The exam is multiple choice with no negative marking. General and specialist questions are based on the resource tables.
What is the minimum GPA required for registration?
A minimum overall GPA of 13 (out of 20) is required for all education levels.
Can I register if my military service completion or exemption card is not ready at the time of registration?
No, men must hold a military service completion card or a permanent non-medical exemption before the written exam.
Is there a special advantage for candidates with work experience in the steel industry?
There is no separate direct bonus for “work experience” ; it is one of the factors that raise the age limit, and in the final score it only counts if it is related to the chosen job category and according to the age provisions.
What are the work shifts like at this company?
According to the job category table, most positions are shift-based (four shifts). Details will be explained when the contract is signed.
How is the final score calculated?
40% written exam score
60% skills test and interview score
A separate bonus factor applies for local residents or children of employees
What happens if we don’t have our admission card on exam day?
You must bring your admission card together with a photo ID birth certificate or national ID card on exam day. Otherwise you will not be allowed into the exam venue.
What does the occupational health stage involve, and what happens if I fail it?
This stage includes medical examinations and an assessment of physical and mental fitness appropriate to the chosen job. Failing this stage means elimination from the recruitment process.
Is there also an age limit for female candidates?
Yes, the announced age limit is the same for all candidates (men and women).
Can I register for several job categories at the same time?
No, each candidate can choose only one job category code.
If accepted, what type of employment contract is offered?
Employment will be contract-based in accordance with the Labor Law and Social Security regulations.
If I don’t live in Lenjan County, can I take the exam?
Yes, but only local candidates receive the score bonus.
