Second Phase of Arand Lenjan Steel Recruitment Interviews

We would like to inform candidates that recruitment interviews at Arand Lenjan Steel Company are being held in stages according to the company’s schedule. Accordingly, candidates are invited in several rounds, and each person’s interview time will be announced in their round through the company’s official channels.

These interviews, which had been temporarily suspended since March 2026, resumed on June 17, 2026. So far, of the 450 people who passed the written exam, two rounds of in-person interview invitations have been made: 55 people in the first round and 64 in the second.

Candidates are invited based on the company’s schedule, current needs, the job categories required and written exam results. Therefore not all candidates have been contacted yet, and this does not mean they have been eliminated, missed out or lost their chance of an interview.

Candidates who have not yet been contacted by the company should wait for official notification. Invitations to the remaining candidates are continuing as planned, and the company will contact them at the appointed time.

Arand Lenjan Steel Company thanks candidates for their cooperation and patience and emphasizes that recruitment is carried out with care, order and on the basis of merit. Candidates are asked not to follow up on their status by phone, in person or through any other channel, and to rely solely on the company’s official announcements.
